This page explains what happens to the details you share on estateskyvue.com, the website of Estate Sky Vue, a residential project by Estate Buildcon (RERA Reg No: JHARERA/PROJECT/53/2026). We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form (“Submit Request”), we receive:

• your name and mobile number;
• your email address, if you give it (it is optional);
• the configuration you are interested in and any message you write;
• the time, the page you sent it from and your internet (IP) address, which we use to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information through the form.

Why we use it

• to call or message you back about Estate Sky Vue, answer your questions, share the brochure, prices and availability, and arrange site visits;
• to keep a record of the enquiries we receive, so that we can follow up properly;
• to keep the form safe from spam and misuse.

By submitting the form you agree that Estate Buildcon may contact you about Estate Sky Vue by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) list. You can withdraw this at any time (see “Your choices and rights” below).

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with other builders, brokers or marketing companies.

Who handles it for us

A few service providers process your details only to run this website and deliver your enquiry to our sales team:

• Cloudflare – hosts the website, receives the form and keeps a secure copy of each enquiry;
• Google (Gmail) – sends the enquiry to our sales inbox;
• GoDaddy – provides our email inbox, contact@estateskyvue.com.

These providers may store or process data on servers outside India, with their own security safeguards.

EVA, the virtual concierge

EVA answers your questions inside your own browser. What you type to her is not sent to us or stored by us. If you speak to her using the microphone, your browser turns your voice into text (in Google Chrome and some other browsers, this is done by the browser maker's speech service). The site asks your browser for the microphone only when you tap the microphone button.

If you ask EVA how far the project is from you and tap Use my location, your browser asks your permission first. Your location is then used only on your own device to work out the distance: it is never sent to us and never stored. The site never asks for your location at any other time.

Cookies, analytics and videos

• This website does not set cookies of its own.
• We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see how fast pages load. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• The walkthrough film is played from YouTube. When you play it, YouTube (Google) may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
• Links to Google Maps (including EVA’s Directions button), the Jharkhand RERA portal and the Estate Buildcon website open those sites, which have their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on your interest in Estate Sky Vue. We delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose, or earlier if you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

How we protect it

The website is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Enquiries are kept in private storage that is not reachable from the internet, and only the people who handle sales enquiries can see them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you and how we have used them;
• correct or update them;
• delete them;
• stop calling or messaging you (withdraw your consent). This does not affect anything done before you asked.

Children

This website is meant for adults looking for a home. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
